We were very happy with the food on half-board, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and a good size. The sauna and swimming pool are perfectly adequate. It’s a nice three-star hotel, though a little dated, and some drinks weren’t always available.

The rooms were clean, and the older hotel is nicely maintained, with a good indoor pool and sauna. The staff were friendly and clearly made an effort. But we booked ten days and never saw the manager. Bathrobes cost 10 euros per person for the whole stay, and wine ran out for days. The grappa ran out too, and took days to come back, while the Williams was gone as well. In Italy!? The food could be better and more carefully presented. Such a pity for the staff, who seem to have their hands tied. The manager should take a look at herself!

There are plenty of parking spaces, and the attentive staff are very accommodating. Breakfast could be a little more extensive, but the large, clean rooms and both the indoor and outdoor pools are great. The location is beautiful, and the price-performance ratio is definitely good. I’d stay here again anytime.

The property is splendid and the location is wonderful, but it seems suitable ONLY for German-speaking tourists. I can’t understand why they don’t speak English at all. If you don’t speak German, things get a bit difficult, which is a shame. Also, Tirolo is only 600 meters away, and it isn’t much cooler here than in Milan.
