October 15-19, 2019 Villa Clara is in Adriano-Tivoli village, right beside the prestigious Villa Adriana. Just off Via Maremmana and near the Tivoli highway exit, the residence sits in a quiet, elevated spot among lush Mediterranean greenery, with plenty of parking on site. Our accommodation was comfortable, with the practical services you'd expect from a welcoming residence and plenty of different spaces: a living room, veranda, covered terrace, and garden. Mrs. Clara and her staff made the stay especially warm and friendly. Mrs. Clara's indomitable passion was at the heart of that welcome. We had a wonderful stay at this small, old-fashioned hotel. Mrs. Clara and her son Mauro made us feel pampered with their hospitality. Mauro is also a great guide and storyteller when it comes to history. The friendly women serving breakfast brought us delicious croissants every morning. Thank you all for your kindness.

The owner was kind and helpful, and dogs are welcome. The setting was lovely and peaceful, with a great location for visiting beautiful places. We'd be happy to return and carry on exploring the history around here.

The books and distinctive style give this hotel a strong sense of history, tradition, and culture. There's also a lovely park where you can enjoy a walk or sit peacefully with a book. It's very comfortable and just steps from Hadrian's Villa in Tivoli. Mrs. Clara is a wonderful host who made us feel at home. We'll be seeing her again soon.
