The villa worked well for our group of 10-12, with large rooms and bathrooms, an industrial kitchen, a huge pool, and lovely views of Umbria. The mattresses were a bit flat and firm, but everything else made for a perfect stay. One practical note: don't rely on Waze or Google for the directions. Mark the entrance to the paved road.
We first came in 2017, then returned in June 2025, and somehow the house was even better the second time. The location, facilities, service, views, and pool were all great. There are too many good things to list.
LaCasaRossa is a lovely hideaway with a traditional feel, tasteful design, and natural surroundings. The countryside views are great, and all the house amenities worked perfectly. The big, efficient kitchen deserves a special mention, as does the wonderful 17x8 meter infinity pool. Todi is only a 5 minutes drive away.
The view was amazing, the place was great, and we had a lot of fun in the pool. We did have a few hiccups with the AC systems, though the staff were great about trying to fix them. The internet can be spotty in some rooms. Ask to have dinner cooked at the place at least one night. It was a great meal, much better than all the restaurants we tried.
We had a truly relaxing holiday in this modern, spacious, and welcoming villa. It has every comfort, sits amid the beautiful Umbrian countryside, and is ideal for a group of friends. Highly recommended.
