The staff were extremely helpful, and I'd definitely stay here again. It's an ideal base for watching a game at Juve’s Home, with the shopping district nearby and the stadium just a three minute walk away. There's also one bus to the city centre. Amazing staff ❤️🧡

The staff were terribly unfriendly and made it feel like they were doing me a favor. I paid a disgustingly high 150€ for one night, apparently just for the location and their beloved juve, and expected better service. Simple as that.

Breakfast was great, and the breakfast team were lovely. The room was clean on the first day, but there was no shower gel and nothing to use at night except a thin bed sheet. We also found ants and another odd bug in the bathroom. For some reason, there was a strange smell after room service cleaned the room.

The underground parking was secure and very convenient, and breakfast was generous, varied, and delicious. Everything was spotless. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Christina at the front desk was wonderful, and everyone here was very nice, including the cleaning staff. Great value for the money, with a great breakfast included.
