We weren't told the room was up three flights of stairs with no lift. The bathroom was tiny and cold, with a boiler but no bidet. The low sloping ceiling made using the toilet awkward for my husband, whether standing or sitting, and the seat kept shifting. There was just one big shower towel. The bed had a very uncomfortable mattress and a round pillow. The TV was only 15 inches, had a decoder and two remotes, and wouldn't turn on. There was no closet. At night we had to switch off the noisy heat pump, and it still didn't warm the bathroom. I don't recommend this place.

The room was cozy for our one-night visit at the end of October 2025, and the photos of the lovely panoramic terrace over Trani's port were what drew us here. But the terrace wasn't equipped, so we couldn't use it, and the extra €10 for a terrace room in the off-season hadn't been explained. That didn't seem right. We also found the TV out of order, no Wi-Fi, and a very small bathroom without a bidet. We would've appreciated knowing about these issues before choosing the place. Such a shame.

The owners were so kind, even letting us leave our bags after checkout and hang out on the terrace during the hot afternoon without charging extra. Everything was clean, and it was a really good stay. You're only a short walk from the sea, with breakfast and Wi-Fi included, and the price was very affordable.

We had no breakfast during our stay, and the bathroom was very small. There was no Wi-Fi either. Over five days and four nights, the room was cleaned only once. When I asked for fresh linens after complaining, the owner handed them to me at his boutique. He was very disrespectful. At €80 a night, the service doesn't justify the price. I paid for a week, but couldn't arrive on the planned date and postponed my arrival. They wouldn't give me the room or refund my money, just kept it without any right to do so. Poor location, and the people there aren't suited to dealing with the public.
