It was very quiet in the old town, and the friendly owner gave us helpful recommendations. We also appreciated the free parking. The room did smell as though the previous guests had smoked, though. The location is amazing. Highly recommend!

The location was the only good thing. The heating was broken, it was -3 degrees outside, and we spent the whole night without heat. The kitchen facilities weren't available either. The owner's father came into our room without knocking, which felt very intrusive. Two days before our stay, the owner asked me to cancel the reservation so he wouldn't have to pay Agoda's commission. Even after the heating problem, he offered no discount and wouldn't answer the phone. A bad experience, definitely not recommended.

The place was spotless and well looked after, with air conditioning, and parking was easy to find. Breakfast at the partner café was excellent, and the café owner was super friendly. Francesco and Mrs. Grazia were incredibly kind and helpful from the start. Thanks again to them, and all the best. I highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is welcoming, nicely furnished, and extremely clean. Mr. Francesco's place is right in the heart of the old town, with both the Cathedral and a good breakfast on the nearby main street just a five-minute walk away. Francesco quickly felt like someone we could turn to. He's friendly, charming, attentive to what guests need, and has a certain class about him. The historic center made for a wonderful Trani stay. We'll definitely come back to Francesco!
