It was peaceful around the place, and Canero Riviera was about a 10-minute drive away. Getting there meant taking narrow, winding roads up to 800m, and our bags had to be hauled up several flights of stairs. We had two large dogs with us. The hosts were very, very friendly and the view was beautiful, though the cleanliness was just okay. The church bell was the big drawback: right outside the bedroom and dining room windows, it rang every half hour from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and it was very, very loud.

Lorenzo was incredibly welcoming, and the lake view from the huge terrace was stunning. The location is wonderfully peaceful, the amenities are excellent, and it was very good value for money. The apartment isn't suitable for wheelchair users, but the four of us had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely come back.

We had a lovely weekend in this spacious apartment. It was absolutely quiet, very clean, and the view was exceptional. We also got an excellent welcome.

There’s a small shop on site, and the place makes a great base for hikes. It’s affordable accommodation, about a 15-minute drive from the lake.
