B&B Nonno Carlo

The house is a handy base for exploring: Trento is about a 10-minute drive, and Lago di Garda takes roughly 30-40 minutes by car. There are plenty of lovely spots on the way, from lakes and mountains to old villages and towns among seemingly endless vineyards. The apartment has been fully renovated, and the host lives on the ground floor with his family. They were all very kind, helpful, and welcoming. A great place to stay.

The breakfast by the fireplace was hearty and delicious, and the cleanliness was just as carefully handled. Giulia and Valentino were always available if we needed anything, and welcomed us with a delicious strudel. Their warmth made us feel like part of the family. The apartment is lovely, in a picturesque spot at the foot of the mountains, and still convenient for visiting Trento. They took care of every detail and exceeded our expectations. Giulia and Valentino were attentive, kind, and quick to help with anything we needed. Their house is lovely, clean, and has all the comforts. It’s also a great base for getting to lots of different places.

The owners were so down-to-earth and available that they often answered questions before we even had time to ask. The penthouse is prestigious, with an almost unbelievable amount of space for a B&B, and the furnishings and details are handled with real care. A truly excellent location too. Finally, somewhere special and unexpected. Wow.
