Our room, Contessa, was arranged to look and feel like it was from 100 years ago, which made for an interesting, nice experience. The hotel restaurant is rustic and authentic, set among wine farms. As at many restaurants in Italy, the food was simple but delicious, and the dessert was a real highlight. We really enjoyed walking through the vineyards in the morning. Breakfast was okay.

We tried both the Italian and Indian food at the good restaurant beside the hotel. All the dishes were very good, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We'd recommend it.

The building has great history, but that's about all it has going for it. The food and wine just aren't good quality. At reception, the lady from Rome "South Italy" told me there was a ghost in the village. F.... I couldn't sleep the whole night 🤷♀️. Since I booked a deal that included dinner and a stay, would I come back? No way.

If you like that show about the couple rebuilding a château in France for weddings, this place is for you. By the way, there's no water or coffee in the rooms.

An incredible experience, with a really welcoming atmosphere. It's so cosy inside the old mansion in the wine yard. Simply amazing!
