Villa Trevisi - APARTMENT

The owner was so friendly and helpful, and the villa itself was lovely. We really enjoyed the kitchen, which had everything we needed. Loved staying here!

There are lovely parks and canals nearby, and the setting is peaceful. Sonia and her family were so kind and helpful, and everything about our stay was perfect. Sonia is one of the best hosts we've had. Highly recommend this villa!

The location was the only real positive. Our stay in these apartments was awful, and it cost E145,00 a night. I don't think the place was worth even E50,00 a night. For the first four days of our ten-day stay, we had no hot water. Sonia initially didn't believe us because the water worked when she tested it. While the boiler was being repaired, which meant tearing apart the kitchen area, she sent us across the parkade to shower in another apartment at the front of the villa. A few times we had to cross over while still covered in soap. Only after those four days did she move us to another apartment, calling the larger place a favour and describing it as “luxury.” That first night in the new unit, the toilet flooded after we'd used it once. Sonia blamed us for the flood. We also found swarms of ants coming up around the bathtub. With just two days left, we cleaned the bathroom with ammonia and tried to contain them, but they got into a bag stored in the closet nearby. We had to throw everything in it away and wash out the inside of our rental car. After all of this, Sonia never offered any refund or compensation.

The check-in and service were great. My single room had been recently refurbished and had everything I needed for a fantastic trip to Treviso.
