The owners are authentic, phenomenal people, and the room, staff, location, and access to Tropea’s gorgeous beaches and water were all superb. I stayed three nights, and the new AC units blew wonderfully cold air at 18 C ❄️. If you want beaches within a 5 minute walk, this is the place. Very impressed, highly recommended, A++.

We had a great time here. It’s a clean, welcoming place, an easy walk from both the center of Tropea and the sea. The owner was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The apartment was new, well cared for, and just like the pictures, with plenty of comfort for a family. The owner and his family gave us a very warm welcome. It’s a good location for walking around Tropea, and we’ll definitely come back as soon as we can.

The owners were friendly and helpful, ready with information, and we got a warm welcome at the front desk when we arrived. The rooms are brand new, exceptionally clean, and have every comfort, including complimentary toiletries, a minibar, and a safe. The renovation shows attention to even the smallest details. The property deserves a much higher rating, practically on par with a good 4-star hotel. Breakfast is authentic, and the sea view is a lovely detail. The sea is about 300 meters away and the center about 700 meters, so it’s easy to walk wherever you need to go. Mr. Arturo deserves thanks for his perseverance and commitment in managing everything. I’ll definitely use this property as a reference point for future stays in Tropea. Highly recommended if you’re stopping there. Aldo Romano
