Relais Borgo Torale

We held a wedding here, and the place was absolutely beautiful. The views in every direction are jaw dropping, and town and supermarkets are only an 8 minute drive away. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out, with a great kitchen stocked with what you need to cook lovely Italian meals. The facilities were great, and the pool was clean and spacious. Antonio and Roberto are great hosts. I’d highly recommend this peaceful oasis for weddings, big groups, or anyone looking for a quiet break, 10/10!

The apartments are a little dated, but they have everything you need, and that look suits the feel of a 17th century village. The cool pool is a welcome break from the heat. The owner is friendly and has a great sense of humor. The atmosphere and location are one of a kind, with an amazing view of beautiful Lake Trasimeno. We had an amazing stay and will come back!

We spent 6 nights at Relais Borgo Torale, and it was such a memorable stay. The spacious two bedroom apartments, gorgeous views, and warm atmosphere made it feel like home. Roberto made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. It’s conveniently near a train station, and Florence, Sienna, Assisi, and Montipulciano are not too far away. A car is recommended. It would be a great setting for a wedding, family or class reunion, a couple, or just a quiet trip on your own. I hope to return someday and would highly recommend it.

There’s a lot to explore within a two hour drive, and shopping is nearby. We loved this borgo, with its holiday apartments and nice pool, overlooking olive orchards and Lake Trasimeno. The owner was humble, very helpful, and genuinely nice. It’s one of our favorite places!
