ROBINSON APULIA - All Inclusive

The grounds and beach made a great impression, with clear water and plenty of room to relax or stay active. We also loved the wellness facilities and the food, which brought together so many Italian flavors. The staff were warm and professional, and Veronica, Antonio, Riccardo & Rodolfo from the Entertainment/Sounds/Light Team put on shows and parties we’ll remember. We spent a week at Robinson Apulia at the end of September, and I’d happily return. It felt like more than a resort, with a real sense of community.

Our son was only one and a half, but he had a brilliant time here. He loved the pools and building sandcastles, and the beach sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous. Roby got him smiling, singing, and dancing, and the four day care (Kita) ladies, including Silvana y Mirella, were so loving with him. They even cooked delicious Italian baby food. Donata and Elisabetta kept the place clean and paid close attention to what we needed with a baby. The evening programme had lots of variety, from themed days to shows and parties. Veronica Vitti and Antonio Santoro brought real creativity and care to it all, and as an artist I could appreciate the work that went into the performances. The audience was all smiles, and we made some lovely memories. The setting is beautiful, with nature always in view and a charming path down to warm, clear water, with music along the way. The hotel has a light, summery feel from the moment you arrive, and the activities kept surprising us. The restaurants had lovely views and served tasty, inventive dishes and snacks throughout the day. Lars Kretschmer and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful. We had a lot of fun together as a family and would recommend it for a getaway or special occasion.

Everything was open, easy to find, and ready when we needed it, with all-inclusive handled without anything feeling hidden away. The staff were relaxed and easy to talk to. You can tell the shows come from generations of experience. We spent 10 days there and had nothing negative to report.

I came hoping to train for a cycling ride and figured I’d rent a bike and spend most of the day out on the roads. Once I saw the local traffic, I didn’t feel comfortable cycling there, so I tried Anja’s spinning class instead. Such a good call. The bikes are modern and high quality, and Anja made the session both fun and tough with her energy and professionalism. There are activities for all ages, so everyone in the family found something to enjoy. We all had a great holiday and are already thinking about coming back next year. A really lovely place for a family break, with great activities and service.
