I’d strongly advise against booking here because of the financial risk and what felt like deceptive business practices. We made the reservation in January. The same receptionist handled it and then told us, just two weeks before our trip, that the booking was “invalid.” They also said our deposit was gone because of a “change in ownership.” Since that staff member had been involved throughout, they knew the booking had continued, but chose to ignore it. Save yourself the stress and money, and book somewhere else.

There are several trails close by, and the food options were great. The staff were very nice and accommodating, and they even have a spa. A great place to stay in the Dolomiti.

The staff were the best, always smiling and happy to help. When our child got sick and we had some unusual problems, they helped arrange doctor home visits and more. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. Food was fresh and super tasty, and the coffee was great. I travel a lot, and if I could, I’d give this place 6 or even 10 stars. Definitely recommend staining here!

The rooms were so poorly insulated that we couldn’t sleep on two of our three nights because of noise from other guests. It seemed like the whole hotel was complaining, but the owners didn’t do anything to fix it. We raised the issue several times and weren’t offered a discount or any other compensation. If you actually want to get some sleep, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
