We were refused access to the lobby and even the restroom when we came to collect our luggage after check-out. The family running the hotel showed no warmth or hospitality, and the receptionist was especially cold. That felt disrespectful to paying guests and unprofessional. There are better options nearby, so don’t waste your time or money here. 🤣

The staff were very nice and generous, and flexible about the check-in time. We loved the amazing valley view, and the room was perfect for a couple. We highly recommend it.

A comfortable hotel with a nice host and a pleasant restaurant.

The room wasn’t cleaned while we were out on excursions. When we came back, it was exactly as we’d left it. Service was poor, with one person obviously running the whole hotel each day. The recently renovated place still felt low to mediocre overall, from the thin towels and cheap bathroom toiletries to the food, which was below quality. For the high rates, these services felt petty and pathetic. If you don’t understand hospitality, get out of the business.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, and a nice place to stay close to many hiking trails in the valley.
