We had a great five-night stay in this amazing place in valdaora. The accommodation was good, the staff were kind, and breakfast and dinner were excellent. It’s just a two-minute walk to the skibus. Can recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the modern, tastefully furnished “Berg” apartment, and the view was wonderful. The amenities were excellent, though a pair of scissors would have been handy 😉. Our hosts checked in on us thoughtfully without being intrusive. If you’re lucky, you might even get some homegrown salad or radishes.

We came back for a second stay because Valdaora is such a quiet village, great for families. The residence is beautiful, and the apartment was charming and clean. There’s a garage, and the sauna in the bathroom is lovely. A few things could make the apartment easier to use: coffee cups, a shower shelf for toiletries and sponges, and a non-stick pan and pot. Cooking with the aluminum pans was really difficult because food stuck badly. More closet space or shelves for clothes would also help. Otherwise, everything was fine, and I recommend it.

The hosts were great, and the underground parking includes electric car charging. There’s a good-sized ski and bike storage room, plus an elevator that was especially handy when arriving and leaving. We stayed three nights as a small family, two adults and a baby, with another adult joining us. It felt a little cramped with three adults, but we managed. The apartment itself is super modern, with a great sauna and lovely balcony views. It’s also well placed for a summer hiking trip.
