There's no cleaning during the stay, so I'd give the service three stars. Still, it's a nice, inexpensive place overall.

Breakfast was nice. A single room costs 55 euro and a double 80 euro. It's a bit far from the city centre. The photos are of the double room.

Residence Iris Beb Meuble' Via Roma, 58/A, 23030 Cepina SO Hotel. Good morning. I want to clarify a few things. We checked the photos before booking, but none showed the bathroom fixtures or the room's actual size. It was much smaller than we expected. The breakfast described in your reply wasn't what we received: there were no scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt or coffee. The basket was nearly empty and had crumbs from other guests. We also found honey that expired in 2025, which we consider serious no matter what breakfast costs. We're sharing these photos to show what our stay was actually like, so readers can get a clear picture.

Breakfast was the last straw. The tea for two came with just one teabag, and at 9:00, though breakfast was meant to run until 9:30, there was only one croissant, a decent buckwheat cake, a terrible tart and soggy biscuits. There was also single-serve Nutella expired May 20, 2025. When we mentioned it, they said they don't restock in summer because of the heat, which is hard to understand when supermarkets keep selling it without a problem. Our first room was tiny, a real inconvenience with a 40-kg dog. They moved us to a bigger room only after our son arrived, but the furniture was dated and the beds were uncomfortable sofa beds with foam mattresses. The rooms are decidedly old-fashioned. Someone was kind, which gets one point, but the B&B's standards are far from what we expect today, even from a simple place. I wouldn't recommend it.
