I found the address again by chance after losing touch with Peppe and forgetting where it was. My wife and I stayed here three years ago, and we’ll be back soon, Peppe! I’ve visited a lot of places, but this is the most comfortable, clean, amazing hotel ever. It’s the perfect place in Venice, and you can’t find better unless you’re a millionaire, maybe not even then. Definitely recommend staying here.

A terrible stay, and the person was terribly mean. He insists on cash and overbooks the rooms, so be ready for your booking to be “cancelled” because you didn’t keep in touch. Not worth taking the risk. Check how many low ratings there are on trip advisor...
