Hotel Airmotel

This was our last hotel before heading home, and it suited our needs perfectly. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were great. Maida especially was kind and considerate in every interaction I saw during our three-day stay. It’s a five-to-seven-minute walk to the bus stop, then the bus goes to the bus center and on to the water city. The whole trip takes less than 30-45 minutes from sitting down on the bus. We found a gas station nearby with a good price, which made it easy to fill up our rental the night before leaving. We’re late risers, so we didn’t pay for breakfast.

The food was fine, and the service was nice. The location worked well too, with a bus station that goes straight to Venice. But the corridor to the rooms smelled awful, like cow manure, and I had to hold my nose to get through it. The elevator was also very small.

DISGUSTING!!!!!!! The room was dirty and smelled musty. There was mold in the bathroom and shower that you could wipe away, and the toilet leaked from the wall. The AC wouldn't cool the room. When I opened the couch, it had two inches of dust and dirt inside. A blanket and a pillow were missing, and there were footprints on the “clean” floor. 0 stars.

The room was comfortable, well equipped, and clean, and breakfast had good variety and tasted delicious. Staff were very friendly and gave us tips for our time in Venice. There’s free parking, and the hotel is not too far from the city. In general, I’m satisfied with the value for the price and would recommend it.
