My son and I had a good stay, and the hotel was very clean throughout, from our room and bathroom to the rest of the area. Mr. Emanuele and the staff clearly take care of the place. Breakfast was amazing, with everything you need to start the day. They kept our luggage safely until our late-night train. It's close to the most visited places, and about 10 minutes from the bus station. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The breakfast was amazing, really delicious, and felt just like home. We stayed for one night with my mother and were incredibly satisfied. We got to check in early, and everything was perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was VERY clean with everything we needed. Thanks to Mr. Emanuele for his hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Emanuele and Malika made us feel like family, with the kind of traditional Italian hospitality that suits Venice's old-world beauty. The room was clean, a good size for Europe, and the AC worked great. Breakfast on the top floor was great, too. The central attractions are a short walk away.

Really liked this hotel. It was clean, convenient, and very good value. I'd stay here again without a second thought.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn't enjoy the breakfast much, but otherwise had a pleasant stay. Thanks for the hospitality.
