Nicola was a wonderful host and helped us a lot with transit options and our luggage. There's no elevator, which made handling the bags tough, but when we checked out, he carried them from our room down to the ground floor. We had a good experience overall. Thanks, Nicola! :)

He was so friendly and helpful. He helped us plan our itinerary and let us pick between two rooms when we arrived, so we could choose the view. Great service, I'd definitely come again.

The receptionist was so welcoming. He carried our luggage up the stairs and gave us information about things to do, getting around, and places to eat. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the train station. Our room was quite large for Italy, and it was nice to have a fridge. We had a great stay and would recommend it!

The best part of the stay was Nicola. He greeted us warmly at the main building and walked us to the apartment, which is in a separate building. He was courteous, professional, and so helpful, with a lovely smile. He also shared lots of advice about what was and wasn't worth doing in Venice. I'd recommend his help to anyone. The apartment is very well located, near the train station, grocery stores, and restaurants, right on a canal with an amazing view. The neighbourhood was extremely quiet and felt very safe. It was clean, and the double bed was comfortable. The separate foldable single bed wasn't very comfortable, though. It needs major TLC. Plaster is coming off the walls, the painted kitchen counter/table is sticky from being painted so many times, and the toilet didn't work well. Even with those issues, I'd absolutely go back because there were so many good things about the place.
