The views were stunning, and evenings on the island felt a lot calmer away from the busy crowds. It was lovely staying in a converted monastery, and the staff were attentive and very helpful. Getting to the main sights was easy, with just a five-minute walk to the water bus stop. We stayed with our five-year-old and would come back.

We were unsure about the location at first, but the ferries ran frequently, stayed on time, and continued late into the night. That meant we could enjoy the quieter setting and the garden, which hotels closer to the centre can’t offer. Breakfast became a real highlight. We found ourselves looking forward to it each night before bed. We loved our stay.

The boat stop is nearby, so getting around was easy. Piazza San Marco took about 15 minutes by boat and on foot. The Maison Boutique pays attention to the details, and the service, room, breakfast, and facilities were all great. An excellent boutique hotel.

After walking around Venice, I found this hotel calm and peaceful, just right for unwinding. My room was comfortable and clean, and catching a vaporetto nearby made it easy to see the city’s highlights. I really enjoyed staying here.
