We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully renovated palazzo on the Grand Canal. The room was lovely and very comfortable, and housekeeping was impeccable. The lobby and concierge team were welcoming and professional, while the boat drivers were friendly and keen to help. This review is about the hotel only, not its restaurant Arva.

Our family will always remember this incredible stay at The Aman Venice, in a beautiful Palazzo overlooking the Great Canal. The team looked after us so well. We loved the breakfast, drinks, spa, personal service, and location. Even our Elf on the shelf visited our daughter. Thank you for such warm hospitality.

Our eight year old daughter still talks about the ceilings and is completely enchanted by the hotel. It was the highlight of our Italy trip, with gorgeous, comfortable rooms and a stunning, elegant property staffed by exceptional people. We loved the private tour of the Doge palace and the breathtaking sunset tour. A particularly memorable experience was shopping at the market with the chef, who then cooked a delicious meal from what we chose. Thank you so much.

I only had a few hours in Venice between flights, so I stopped in for a cocktail. The drink list, ingredients, and presentation were all considered with care, and even the nonalcoholic choices were creative. The cocktails we tried were delicious and beautifully balanced, truly world-class. The room felt private and intimate, with a calm, unhurried atmosphere and exceptionally kind, attentive staff. As someone who loves design, I was delighted by all the beautifully crafted details. Everything felt high standard while the team stayed warm and genuine. A lovely place even for a quick drink, and I already know I’ll be back.

We booked a snacks appointment for 17:15 and were lucky to get a seat in the grand room. The service was impeccable, and the staff were professional and accommodating. The coffee was among the best we’ve had, and great value too. Thank you!
