The lobby and living room looked fancy and nice, and the terrace was good. The room, though, was creepy, old, dirty, uncomfortable, and had no TV. The street felt unsafe and filthy, and there were cockroaches in the very narrow parking area. It's also extremely noisy. At 3:30 a.m. I was woken by huge bangs against the walls. They charged €25 for an extra pillow and towel, although I'd asked about them around ten days earlier and nobody mentioned an extra fee until the day after my stay began. That amount could have bought me a pillow. I also believe they overcharged the city tax for my eight-year-old, charging €4 a night as if my child were an adult, when elsewhere it was €1.40. When I mentioned that children were exempt, the person acted as if they couldn't understand me, but somehow their English was fine when asking for another €85 after I'd paid what I owed. There were no amenities. Disgusting way to run a business and treat people. Very disappointing.
