We had a canal view from our room window. The apartment is nice and right in the old city center, with all the main attractions easy to reach. We also got some good restaurant advice and other tips.

Matteo was incredibly generous and helpful. The room was stunning and luxurious, with everything well appointed, and the service was impeccable. It's close to the Rialto, secure, tucked away, and nice and quiet. We hope to come back one day.

Plans changed unexpectedly, so I had to cancel my stay. The hotel management was friendly, understanding, and professional, and they generously refunded me. Their service left a great impression. I'd highly recommend the hotel and hope to stay there in the future.

I had a little French balcony looking out over the canal, and the bathroom and toilet were fine, just across the hall. There was a free minibar, a good bed, and I could make insta-Coffee in the morning. The location was good, and it's a perfect place to stay. I'd come back.

Matteo met us at the water taxi and helped with our luggage. The room was great, right in the downtown area. Finding a bottle of prosecco and two beers in the room every morning was a lovely touch. I'd highly recommend this place for a Venice stay.
