The host communicated really well, and the apartment was good, even if it wasn’t fancy. The location suited us very well. One small downside was the lack of sound insulation. We could hear everything outside the apartment, from upstairs and from the street. That may not be unusual in old buildings, but keep it in mind if you’re a light sleeper. I was woken up by 7a every morning during our 3-night stay. I’m still giving it 5 stars.

I couldn’t live here even for 1 day. The apartment was awful, with no kettle, washing machine, or internet. The dishes were terrible, dirt was everywhere, and the place stank. Paint was peeling off the walls, everything was scratched, and the kitchen was sticky. There was air conditioning only in the hallways, so the room was very hot. I don’t understand why people give this apartment 7-10 stars.

Lorenzo, the owner, was friendly and helpful. We had a spacious apartment with 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom, and it still gets lots of stars even though it was on the first floor. The location is good, about a 20 min walk from the train station, so travel light if you’re staying here. The showers are small and have funky shower heads, though they look newly renovated. There’s plenty of room for a larger group.

The staff and owners were very helpful, and the place was a great size with great service and location. The only downside was how uncomfortable the bed was. Apart from that, it was an amazing experience.
