Roberto and Angelica made us feel at home with their friendly, helpful approach. It felt more like staying with friends than at a hotel. The place was clean and comfortable, and their kindness made the trip memorable. Thank you both! 🙏😊

We were impressed that they put together a breakfast bag with plenty of items for our early departure, before the buffet opened. The regular breakfast was kept replenished too, unlike at some other hotels we stayed in. The building is very old, with a good-quality traditional design. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, with a great restaurant just across the street.

There’s an elevator, and the location makes it easy to get to bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. We were warmly greeted, and our room and bathroom were a good size and spotless. The bed was very comfortable, with exceptionally clean sheets and towels, and there’s a huge wardrobe. Breakfast was plentiful, though the juice is flavored water. Highly recommended!

We had to switch rooms during our two-night stay. The first one was extremely dirty, with fungus all over the shower tiles and very old, disgusting towels and sheets. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
