Really lovely little hotel near all the attractions. My room was charming and looked out over a canal. The free lobby coffee was delicious, a big plus. I highly recommend it.

We came to Venice for Christmas and stayed in an annex apartment, a five-minute walk from Rialto bridge and St Mark’s Square. It worked perfectly for our family of two adults and two children, with two separate rooms. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We stayed in the Anex building, in the annex itself, and the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was on the small side, as you'd expect in Venice, but the location was perfect for exploring. Just be aware that the cheaper Anex room is up three flights of stairs, and you may have to duck or crouch on the last set.

There was no hot water for the shower, not many outlets in the room, and the towels and bedding were threadbare. The hotel is outdated and has no on-site resources. Online photos make it seem like there are nice city views, but they're deceptive. I wouldn't trust any review giving this place more than two stars.

Our apartment overlooked Campo San Luca and was amazing, very spacious and full of amenities. It was a great value for the price of a room. The hotel is now part of Hotel Bella Venezia, and the service and staff from Bella Venezia were helpful and accommodating. After checkout, we could leave our luggage and use the hotel facilities until it was time to leave Venice.
