Albergo Bel Sito e Berlino

Hotel Bel Sito felt like part of our trip, not just a place to sleep. The classic Venetian details, cozy elegant rooms, and beautiful atmosphere make it feel like a small piece of history, and the architecture is stunning. It’s beside Santa Maria del Giglio church and just steps from Venice’s best-known sights, so every morning we could walk right out into the city’s energy. Everything felt close, easy, and alive. The staff’s kindness, smiles, and genuine care made us feel very welcome. From the moment we arrived, we felt wrapped in that warm Venetian charm that’s hard to put into words. A beautiful, heartfelt, unforgettable stay.

Antonio at reception helped us discover Venice’s hidden gems, find great restaurants, and figure out how to get around. Perra Aushan gave us some of the best breakfast service we’ve ever had, always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast itself was generous, with delicious cakes and fresh eggs, and the staff were super helpful. Our room was clean and quite spacious compared with what we’d read about hotels in Venice. We spent six days here between Christmas and New Year’s, and had an amazing stay. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks a million to the whole team, and happy new year to them all!

The room was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was outstanding. Staff were wonderful and ready to help. We needed something adjusted in the room, and the room team was at our door within three minutes. Exactly as advertised, and I’d recommend it.

We had a late flight on our last day, and the staff let us leave our bags and wait for a while in the bar and breakfast area without any fuss. Everyone was really friendly. The hotel is right in San Marco, and our room was clean and had a kettle with tea. Breakfast had a good range too.
