The owner didn't really speak English, but it wasn't a problem at all. She was lovely and cool. I felt at home in the room, which had a very Venetian feel, and breakfast was great. Such a charming place, with a special vibe and a near perfect spot away from the tourist noise. Highly recommend it.

The hosts were warm and helpful, and the location was great. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Venice.

Nicole was incredibly friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. The main room was huge, with beautiful Venetian-style decor, and the private bathroom was spacious too. Everything was absolutely clean. We were in a quiet, lovely neighborhood away from the crowds, yet the main sights were only a 10-15 minute walk away. A wonderful experience, and probably Venice's best value for money.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel, even though the woman preparing breakfast was nice. After an accident left me unable to walk, I sent the owner my doctor's and hospital documents six days before arrival and asked to cancel. Instead of discussing a solution, they charged one night's cost to my card right away. The hotel is usually fully booked, and finding another date was difficult when I didn't know when I'd be able to walk again. I rebooked for a month later, but the superior room I'd been offered wasn't available. I paid the same rate for a cheaper category. They also told me to pay the full amount in cash on arrival and said I'd then get a discount. I did that, but got no discount and, of course, no receipt.
