The canal view from the terrace is lovely, and the apartment is spotless, well stocked, and an amazing find in the middle of Venice. Leone has thought of the personal details too. There was beer, orange juice, and water in the fridge, plus a fruit bowl kept full of huge, delicious apples and other fruit. We arrived without euro plugs, but Leone had left two for us. He's an amazing host and nothing seems too much trouble. Can't recommend the place enough.

My sister had stayed in this area before and booked the apartment. It's in a fantastic spot in Sante Croce, about a 20-minute walk from Rialto Bridge and St Marks. The decor is lovely, with modern appliances. Leone met us at the Vaporetto stop and pointed out a couple of good restaurants on the short walk back. He's a very nice man. The fridge had drinks and beer, and there were croissants too, a lovely touch. A great little find.

The apartment is pleasant, with tasteful decor and a well-equipped kitchen. Leone was very friendly and even came to meet us at the vaporetto stop. It's in a quiet area, about a 15-minute walk from Rialto and four minutes from the San Stae vaporetto stop. Highly recommended.
