Cà Grassi 3 Venetian Terrace

I'd recommend this stylish flat, especially for its location and the new kitchen, which had the appliances we needed, including hot plates, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The bedroom bed was lovely and comfortable. A few details could use attention. The wall above the entrance and kitchen was damp and dirty beneath the air-cooler, which spoiled my first impression. There was also a swollen bathroom shelf and a partly torn socket. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, and the second room had no curtains or shutters.

The apartment is in great shape and right in the middle of Venice. The internet could be better.

It's in a handy spot close to everything, yet the apartment doesn't get much passing foot traffic and stays quiet. The management was kind and helpful, and the place itself is spacious and beautiful, with the furnishings arranged neatly. Recommended.

There's a little terrace that's just right for a special breakfast or an aperitif with friends of a certain caliber. The location is beautiful and convenient, near the Accademia Bridge.
