The staff were what made our stay at LPV especially easy. They arranged several trips and transfers, and suggested local restaurants. We tried their dinner recommendations, and both were terrific. With so many choices in Venice, it was nice to have someone else decide. Our room faced the waterfront, which I'd recommend, and both the room and the hotel bar and restaurant were really nice. We had a wonderful four-day, three-night stay. At the airport, we went to the water taxi area and took one of the private boats waiting there. It dropped us right at the hotel and was a much more pleasant ride than the public ferry. It cost 160 euro, but we felt it was worth it.

Hotel Londra Palace made our honeymoon unforgettable, and we'd love to return someday. The location made exploring Venice easy, with major attractions within comfortable walking distance, yet the hotel itself felt peaceful and elegant. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was warm, attentive, and ready to help. We felt truly welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Thank you for making the trip so special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable visit to Venice.

We booked two rooms through American Express for December 25 to December 27, and everything at Londra Palace Venezia went smoothly, including the water taxi to the airport. From the moment we arrived at the hotel dock, the staff showed professionalism, warmth, and real attention to detail. Their hospitality felt sincere throughout, and every person we dealt with went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, with excellent food and presentation. We also had dinner at the hotel, and both meals were refined, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The whole experience was flawless. Londra Palace has set the standard for us, and I won't consider staying elsewhere in Venice. It will be our only choice on future visits. Highly recommended.

We spent so much time on the big balcony, day and night, looking out over the lagoon. It was exceptional, and the room was fantastic too. The hotel was close to everything, and we had a perfect three-night stay. Each evening we had drinks at the lovely outdoor bar, listening to the piano players and watching the world go by. Breakfast was very good. All the staff were kind and helpful, and our housekeeper was exceptional, always attentive and replenishing what we'd used. Thank you ♥️ 🇨🇦

The concierge planned an unforgettable evening for us, and the whole team put real care into making our stay the best they could. Our room was pretty, comfortable, and clean, with a beautiful canal view. We fell in love with this lovely hotel!
