Quiet and clean, comfortable rooms, and close to everything. The airport ferry is nearby, and although there's no elevator, we managed fine. Having a water filter downstairs was handy. There's also a kettle, but bring your own tea and coffee. Thanks for an easy stay.

Getting there was simple, with clear directions for finding and entering the hotel and room at any time. The location is great, right by the water bus stop, so we didn't need to carry our bags up or down stairs. They don't store luggage there, but they have other hotels around the city, and we were able to leave our suitcases for free at one right next to the train station, which was even more convenient. The floor had only been cleaned in the middle of the room. Under the bed, around the nightstands, and beneath the TV were really dirty, so it wasn't as hypoallergenic as described. The room also wasn't soundproof. We could hear the guests opposite talking, not loudly, but still.

It's easy to reach from the airport because it's near the Fondamente Nove stop. The place was clean and the Wi-Fi was great, but it was very noisy: I could hear every step from the upstairs neighbours and every word outside. There was nobody to check us in. You ring the bell and get a code for the keybox outside your room. Tea was available, but I couldn't find a kettle to boil water. The remote for the TV in room 1 was missing, or maybe I just didn't find it. I have no idea.

The place was spotless, and it’s close to the sights in Venice and the nearby islands. We got the warmest welcome I’ve ever had. Everything was fantastic, I’d recommend it 100%.
