Ca' Marcello - BIENNALE

The house has a lot of history and feels lovely to live in. It’s well furnished and has everything we needed. The neighborhood is pleasant, with local residents around. Federico was attentive and kind, and made the stay easy with a thorough guide before arrival, useful advice, and a sweet little surprise inside. The service felt very professional.

Federico and his staff were courteous and helpful, and made sure we had the information we needed to get there and feel comfortable. We were especially touched by the welcome drink. The apartment was spotless and had every comfort, even a dishwasher. It’s only a few minutes from the Venice Naval History Museum and around 12 minutes from St. Mark's Square, with easy vaporetto access for Murano and Burano. My family and I loved our stay, and I’d gladly recommend it. Thanks again, and see you next time!

We felt right at home in this quiet, clean apartment. It was welcoming, comfortable, and well equipped, with a convenient location and easy access, especially handy for the Biennale. Federico and his team were efficient, professional, and kind.

Getting to the bathroom meant walking through two bedrooms, and I slept badly on the sofa bed because of a draft from the main entrance. I also found hair on its pillowcase, not the welcome I’d hoped for. I stayed with three other guests in a house numbered 1150 from November 3rd to 5th. If that number isn’t the accommodation, please accept my apology; if it is, this is my personal assessment. I’ll leave the other negatives unmentioned.
