We stayed a few nights in autumn 2024, and the place worked out perfectly for Venice. It was calm and comfortable, away from the crowds, but shops and major sights were only a five minute walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also got certificates for a free espresso and croissant at a shop three minutes away, and reaching the hotel from the water bus was easy.

It was quiet and peaceful, since this B&B style hotel is a bit of a walk from the main areas. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great. There isn't an elevator, but the building is only around four floors at most. There's an accessible rooftop deck, plus a shared area with coffee and snacks. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Can't wait to stay again on our next visit.

Breakfast is served at a nearby coffee shop, a clever setup for a small hotel. It means you can take your time and enjoy breakfast out on the streets of Venece. The place is small and personal, with a traditional feel that doesn't seem outdated. Rooms and facilities were clean, and the staff were super friendly.

The shared room was a nice touch, with a coffee and tea maker, biscuits, and free bottles of water. Our room was beautiful and very quiet, and the whole small hotel was clean and recently renovated. The owner was very kind. We'll definitely come back. Well done :)

The rooftop terrace felt magical, and the triple room on the ground floor was exceptional. The location and amenities are fantastic. The owners were very helpful and took special care of us. Thanks for such a wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back!
