Ca' Spada Venezia

The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, and even brought us groceries. We were working at the Venice Boat Show and stayed here as a group of four. I was surprised to find such a spacious, lovely apartment so close to the show, and it was very clean and well stocked. There was loads of useful equipment, from a hair straightener and vacuum cleaner to a washing machine. The two large bedrooms each have their own bathroom, plus there's a lovely living room. A great fit for either a short visit or a longer stay.

We managed to book this place on the same day for the three of us, which was lucky. The apartment was bright, clean, and spacious, and made for a wonderful Venice stay. It's in the very quiet Arsenale district, a little beyond the most touristy center, but getting around on foot or by water bus was easy. The owner was friendly and professional, answered all our questions patiently, and her kind husband even came to help us when we were leaving. They made the trip special. I'd highly recommend it.

The apartment was immaculate when we arrived, with everything we needed for a memorable stay. It's beautifully decorated and has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, so it suited two couples perfectly. The street is very quiet near the Arsenale, while the Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Square are only a few minutes away on foot. We were sorry to hand the keys back after three days and hope to return to the same address.

We had a wonderful stay, and the landlords were so friendly. The apartment was very clean, on a quiet street, and about ten minutes from St. Mark's Square. Thank you!
