The room was clean and large enough, and the location is handy if you arrive by car, bus, train, or ship and don’t want to haul your bags far. It’s right at the entrance to Venice. Breakfast was only acceptable, with very few choices. The bigger problem was the parking: it was listed at €25 a day but cost €35, and it wasn’t really a garage, just a small space between two buildings packed with more than 20-30 cars. I wouldn’t recommend stopping there. There’s a nearby building where you can park for €32 a day.

Being near the train station and bus terminal is a real plus, and breakfast was good. The room was okay too, with a large, bright bathroom. Check-in and the rooms are in separate buildings, which would be fine on its own. But the parking area between them was so crowded that getting through the cars was a real problem.

For a stay of two or three nights, this is a very good place in Venezia. The location is ideal if you want your car just 5-8 meters from where you sleep. Parking isn’t included in the accommodation, and we paid €90 for two days. Some of the utilities need repair. We still fully enjoyed Venezia, it’s a wonderful place 👌

It’s a great choice if you’re driving to Venice with pets: it’s pet friendly, the staff are very friendly, and your car is right outside the window, so there’s no need to lug bags around Venice. The place was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. You don’t get canal views, but it’s easy to reach San Marco and the main attractions. The vaporetto is a three-minute walk away, and Sanarco is 25 minutes on foot. I’d definitely stay again.
