The waterbus stop is just nearby, so it was easy to get around Venice. I found the host friendly and helpful, and the apartment had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable, and I'd gladly stay here again. Highly recommend.
We loved how quiet Giudecca was, with friendly residents and restaurants at reasonable prices. From the train station, water bus No. 2 takes about 20 minutes and six stops; St. Mark's Square is around 10 minutes and three stops away. The apartment has lovely canal views from the living room, while the main bedroom looks onto a peaceful garden, and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. It's a spacious place on the second floor, with an elevator and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. A great home-like option if you want to get away from the busy main island and see a quieter, more authentic side of Venice.
