Casa Torretta

A nightmare. The shower was too narrow to use, and every bed creaked so much that resting was impossible. After I’d paid for the accommodation, they asked for a tourist tax of €4.50 per person, which they said they’d leave a receipt for on the table. The receipt was just a piece of paper written by the host. I even had to ask them to take out the garbage. I’d avoid this place completely.

Anna and Gino were very kind, and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was comfortable and very clean, with everything a family of four or five needs. It’s just steps from Piazza San Marco. I definitely recommend it, and we hope to return.

This quiet second-floor apartment has two comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped bathroom, and there’s a handy supermarket downstairs. The kitchen even has a dishwasher. It’s tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a pleasant few days in Venice. St. Mark’s Square is just across a bridge. It feels like home.

The owners were helpful, and the beautiful house is tastefully furnished with everything you need. It’s very close to Piazza San Marco. Excellent!
