We had a few small problems, but the owner was super responsive and sorted them out quickly. We rented a large two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Venice for a family holiday, and it worked out perfectly. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Everything was clean and comfortable in the room. The dryer left our clothes a bit damp, which I think may have been down to the fabric. If you need things dry quickly while traveling, I'd bring a clothesline.

The Saturday night crowd kept changing, and we waited about 10 minutes at the bar without a reservation. It's a lively place, and the staff were quick and very helpful. The food was all delicious, with distinctive dishes like swordfish, fresh tuna, dogfish, shellfish, local cold cuts and cheeses. There's a huge wine selection too. Dishes cost 15-20€, and a bottle of wine was 25€. It reminded me of a Greek tsipouradiko. Highly recommend.

Really lovely decor. We had breakfast at Cafe Brasilia.
