DolceVita Apartments N. 354

The apartment needs maintenance. The bathroom looks more recently done, but there's nowhere in the shower to set soap or shampoo, and no bidet towels. The kitchen is old and poorly built, with a hob that doesn't work and its lighting removed. The outside windows are in terrible shape. Most of the mosquito screens are gone, and the one left on one of the bedroom windows is broken. There is air conditioning, though its large exhaust pipe has to go through an open window, so mosquitoes can get in. In summer I also noticed nowhere to hang coats or raincoats and no umbrella stand. The bedroom has no chairs, and the plates are chipped. Getting in means climbing two very steep flights of stairs, with a landing between them cluttered with old, mismatched furniture. The entrance is off a street that, with all due respect, is picturesque. I could list more, but that's enough.
