The staff were kind, attentive and welcoming throughout, and made me feel cared for. I celebrated my birthday in Venice at Donna Palace, and the stay became unforgettable. My room was full of charm, beautifully designed and so special that I even had a photoshoot there. Every corner felt inspiring and magical, like living a Venetian dream as a maiden. For me, it’s the best place to stay in Venice, elegant and intimate. I’d return without hesitation.

We enjoyed two nights here. The rooms were on the small side, but comfortable, with very comfy linens and mattresses. Breakfast onsite was delicious, and the location made it easy to walk to St Marks Square and restaurants. There’s also a terrace where you can sit with a drink or relax.

Just a few steps from SM Square, the location is great. Like everywhere in Venice, keeping things clean takes extra effort. It’s sad to see local restaurants and shops disappearing, or already gone. Finding authentic Italian food is hard now. (((

We were there over Christmas, and the patio was the most beautifully decorated spot among the hotels around. Dona Palace has old-world elegance and charm right in the city centre. The rooms feel like stepping into another time, the service is top notch, and breakfast was delicious. You can’t find a better place to stay in Venice. I’ll definitely be back!
