The view from our window on the third floor was amazing, and there's a lift. We could walk everywhere easily, with plenty of restaurants and bars under five minutes away. The nearby supermarket had nice ready-made food, which was useful since restaurants and some cafés are expensive. Definitely recommend staying here!
The entrance is tucked into a little alley, so we nearly walked past it. Inside, it felt like a family place, with only Italian diners celebrating Santa Maria della Salute. We were the only foreigners. We tried the grilled mix of three shellfish the waiter recommended, coquilles St. Jacques, vongele and raisor-shells, and they tasted great. The seafood pasta, grilled vegetables and homemade tiramisu were lovely too. The service was very friendly, and our young waiter spoke some English. The music was a bit loud, though it didn't bother us too much. They also had a special lamb and cabbage soup served only on 21 Nov.
The apartment was just as described and very clean. We also loved looking out at the view from the windows. The location was good, and it wasn't crowded.
There was plenty to explore on foot nearby, and getting here from the pier was easy since we didn't have to cross any bridges. The room was huge.
The apartment was good and the manager was nice. But without screens on the windows or doors, we couldn't enjoy the weather with them open without letting bugs inside.
