Breakfast was included, with toast, a croissant, coffee, juice, and yogurt, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We could leave our bags in the hallway after check-out while we went exploring. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our one night in Venice. The location worked well too, close to the bus station and the sights we wanted to see. I'd stay again.

Our room was comfortable, with a memory foam bed and pillows, plus a kettle and mini fridge stocked with complimentary water and a small bottle of prosecco. Breakfast was included from 8:30, with bread and toast, croissants, jams, ham, cheese, yogurt, and coffee. The host was communicative and knew the area well. We arrived in Venice early and could leave our bags for a few hours before check-in. A lovely little place for our first visit, and I'd recommend it.

We booked the night before and were allowed to drop off our bags early, before check-in. The receptionist is there roughly from 4 to 8 pm, and he was helpful and very nice. The hotel is simple, but clean and pleasant, as if it had been renovated recently. All the staff were kind and welcoming, and the cleaning lady helped us several times. It's wheelchair accessible too. We'd recommend staying here.

We stayed five days and had an amazing time. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and everything felt new. It was conveniently close to the center and the bus and tram station. Thanks so much to the lovely host, and for the breakfast too. We'd definitely come back ❤️
