The check-in site didn’t work very well, and the process felt a bit tedious. I’d suggest simplifying it and collecting the information over Whatsapp. The place was clean, in a great location, and had good AC. The showers are small, which seems standard in Europe, but keep that in mind. I’m only a 140lb girl and could barely move in there.

The shower’s hot and cold water only worked intermittently. The hotel was noisy both inside and outside. There was no shampoo, and the rooms had only beds, no chairs or tables. The lounge didn’t even have coffee, tea was limited, and drinking water for tea wasn’t always available. A notice said breakfast ran from 8 to 10 am, but not every guest could have it. It wasn’t clear how they decided who was allowed.

The location was very good, just around the corner from the main street. The room was a different story: mold everywhere and it wasn’t really clean. There were some useful extras, though, including big towels, spare blankets, a hairdryer, shampoo, and two small bottles of water.

The room was dark, damp, and depressing, with just one tiny lamp. The toilet was on another floor, and there were no slippers, so I had to walk barefoot on stained carpet. The bathroom felt neglected, with mold on the shower head and ceiling, plus a constant musty smell. The AC worked, but it was leaking and full of mold. They handled check-in over WhatsApp, then messaged me at 8 AM to make sure I’d leave by 10 AM. That didn’t feel right, especially when 11 AM is standard. The place was totally overpriced for what you get, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The one good thing was the location: close to Piazzale Roma and San Marco, and right beside a water bus stop.
