Claudio gets the extra star from me. The staff were very friendly and gave us all the directions and information we needed. The room was a little small, but had the furniture we needed to be comfortable, so it didn’t bother us. It’s a 3 star hotel, in a good spot between saint mark square and rialto bridge. We liked our two nights there.

The location is incredible, and the staff were lovely and friendly. We stayed just one night. The room was small, as you’d expect in Venice, but it worked well for a night. We’d stay again.

The staff were really helpful and the location was great. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator and all the rooms are on the first floor. With heavy luggage, you’ll have to carry it up and down a narrow stair. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

This older-style hotel is enjoyable if you like that kind of place, though it won’t suit everyone. It’s close to San Marco Plaza and the staff are friendly. The bathroom is tiny and the WiFi is very slow, but it’s a good option for couples or anyone who likes this style.

I liked having a quiet, restful place to come back to in Venice. The hotel is clean and well located near St. Mark's Square, with friendly staff and coffee and a delicious breakfast every morning. I felt very comfortable there.
