The location right at San Marco made sightseeing easy, and we could return to the hotel between outings to recharge. I was travelling with my 73-year-old mother and needed air conditioning and a lift close to the sights, so Hotel Maison Ducal suited us perfectly. Our room was small but practical and had what we needed for three nights. Breakfast was simple but enough. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Venice.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly, and gave us help finding tourist spots in Venice. The location is excellent, right beside the main square, and the room was modern and very clean. The amenities were basic, enough for a single night. Breakfast was disappointing, with almost no variety, and I expected more.

Everyone on staff was really kind and made the stay a good one. The rooms and service were very good, and the location is great, just 200m from San Marco. Prices felt fair for the area. If we return to Venice, we'll stay at Maison Ducal again.

It's a great little hotel in a very central spot next to Saint Marco square. The rooms are small, which is expected in Venice, and we paid more than a grand for three days. The entrance was a little hard to find, but the nice lady at the bar next door helped us.

The location is very central, and the reception staff were friendly. We booked six nights as a treat for ourselves, hoping for a three-star boutique hotel experience, but it didn't meet our expectations. The room and breakfast both need attention. The safe drawer in our bedroom wouldn't close, so we had to block it with a table to keep it shut and leave enough room to move around. Whenever we needed the wardrobe or fridge, we had to shift the table. We reported it on Saturday when we arrived and were told it would be repaired Monday, but we left Friday and it still hadn't been fixed. I'm sure the next guest will have the same problem. There was black mold in the shower, stains on the bed's headboard and on the walls and entrance ceiling, and the bathroom sink drained poorly. Breakfast was mostly industrial, supermarket products, including the cake, bread, and cookies. Only the eggs, bacon, and fruit salad seemed fresh. It could be a three-star boutique hotel, but the upkeep and breakfast need to improve.
