I’ve traveled to more than 20 countries, and I’ve never felt as alone, unsafe, and uncomfortable as I did here. I was even threatened during my stay, which has no place in hospitality. The manager, Mattea, was rude and unprofessional throughout, and the way things were handled cost me 1500 euros. I can’t recommend this place to anyone seeking a safe, respectful stay.

I usually don’t post negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. I lost 1500 euros because of how the situation was handled, and the way the manager, Mattea, spoke to me felt intimidating instead of supportive. From the start, the communication was rude and dismissive. After visiting over 20 countries, this was the first trip where I felt unsafe and completely unsupported. Future guests should be cautious before booking.

The rooms were a decent size, and the location was good. Our junior suite was very cold, while the air conditioning in the triple room worked at a low level. The women at the front desk were wonderful. We were on the first floor, where the cleaning crew seemed to gather in the middle of the rooms. Their loud talking and laughter at 7 a.m. woke us up several times.

My fiancé and I spent two nights here in mid August in one of the smaller rooms. It’s tucked into a quiet alley but still close to everything, with a COOP supermarket just around the corner and the boat public transport station nearby. The staff were sweet and accommodating. It isn’t the most exclusive place, but it’s well worth the money. Highly recommend.
