The rooms are small, but that wasn't an issue for us. They were cleaned and freshened every day, with the beds made, towels changed, and bins emptied. The shower was excellent and the air conditioning was a relief. Since the hotel is so central, near Rialto, it was easy to pop back and freshen up before going out in the evening. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and gave good tips. We'd absolutely come back if we visit Venice again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I stayed here while celebrating my birthday in Venice earlier this year, and this review is a little late. The staff were amazing and so sweet. I hadn't even mentioned my birthday, but the man working at the entrance noticed the date in my check-in and sang happy birthday when I came out of my room that morning. I travel a lot, and little touches like that mean a lot to me. My room wasn't big, but it was cozy and had lovely traditional decor. Everything else was good too. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice, especially for the lovely staff.

The best hostess you'll find is Ambra, who was always there with a smile whenever we needed something. She also gave great advice on local trattorias and pasticcerias, so trust her tips. The hotel is right by Rialto Bridge, a very convenient central spot. Our room was small, but cozy and comfortable, styled in a distinctive Venetian way, and tidied and cleaned each day. There was hot water whenever we needed it, and the price was excellent. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice.

The rooms were clean and cozy, and the cleaning lady was very kind. The price was low compared with other rooms in Venice. Location was already a big draw for me, just two minutes from the main bridge, Rialto, but after visiting, I'd say the owners are the real reason to come back. They're cheerful and very helpful, with suggestions for where to eat, where to walk, or how to dress for the weather. They'll even explain Italian words if you ask. There are so many good things I could say, but I'll just say I strongly recommend this place.

Ambra and Flavio were wonderful during our stay on 9/15 and 9/16. They answered all our questions, responded quickly, and gave us great recommendations for coffee and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect and quiet. My son and I had an awesome time in Venice, and this hotel worked perfectly for us. We loved it, and we'll stay here again when we're back.
